My village is my home when I am on vacation and I am always happy to come home and live in our village. We have many traditions where we march, such as the Easter march or the Whitsun march. I think it’s a really nice tradition because you spend time with your friends and meet lots of people.
In Kiefersfelden you know all your neighbors. If you have a problem, you can always ask anyone and they all rush to help. Even if you don’t know someone, you greet them as if you’ve known them for 10 years.
I work in our restaurant, the Schopperalm, where many clubs come to eat and drink with us. With our regular guests it already feels like they are friends or family. We also have lots of parties at the Alm, there’s a lot to set up and prepare, and friends who don’t work here help out a lot. That really strengthens me to build up more on the Alm in the future. I once had an accident in the Kieferbach when I was 12. And I was immediately helped by “strangers” who took great care of me. Now, 10 years later, we still know each other and are very grateful for the help. Because of the unique character of our village, I would never move and am glad to have such a nice job here.
This item is in my daily use. I work in our family business in Kiefersfelden. That’s why the wallet and the purse bag reminds me a lot of home.

This place is my retreat. When I need peace and quiet, I can retreat here. I live outside the village center and from here I can see over the village and the mountains that remind me of home. I’ve already discussed lots of nice things with my friends here.
