MARCEL
Kiefersfelden is the home you always look forward to. I like going on vacation but I also always look forward to our beautiful village. We have many local traditions and my favorites are the Easter march on Easter Sunday, because I get to spend the whole day with the boys, and the Perchten season in winter, because I’m passionate about the Wildbarrenpass. For me, Kiefersfelden also simply means practicing traditions with like-minded people. I simply feel connected and at peace with my surroundings. My life here has made me understand “cohesion” and I am deeply connected, growing up with friends in the village and how we all become adults together. In our beautiful Kiefersfelden, everyone knows everyone and we are connected.

"My life here in Kiefersfeldenhas made me understand “cohesion”."
For me, the statue is always a reminder of my childhood because I watch the Knights’ Play every year. Even though I’m not in the theater myself and don’t take part, it’s a long part of my life. When we were younger, our grandma and our parents always went to the plays with us. Nowadays, we rarely manage to go together, but everyone goes to see the play at least once. Now my friends also take part and it’s always a great spectacle. The Ritterspiele are simply part of life in Kiefersfelden.

The soccer pitch holds many special memories for me, as I have played there since I was little and am now old enough to play in the men’s first team. I have laughed and cried here and have learned to be part of a team. Soccer is my passion and I am very proud to have been part of it since I was little.
